Tell Plyko your goal, equipment, target duration and which muscles you want to focus on. Toggle supersets on or off. The AI Coach reads your training history (PRs, recent volume, injuries you flagged) and writes a complete session: sets, reps, target weights, supersets, rest. Save it as a template, refine it with a follow-up message (“swap bench for incline, make it harder”), or start the session straight away.

Snap your plate. Plyko identifies each item, estimates portion size in grams, and computes calories + protein + carbs + fat per item. Optional: type a quick hint (“tomato, tuna, potato”) to anchor the AI on ambiguous photos. Edit any quantity before logging — the macros recompute proportionally.
