Delete your Plyko account
You can delete your Plyko account and all associated data at any time, directly inside the app or by emailing us.
From inside the Plyko app
The fastest path, fully self-serve, no waiting on us.
- Open Plyko on your iPhone or Android device.
- Go to the Profile tab (bottom right).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete my account”.
- Confirm by tapping “Delete forever”.
- Your account is wiped immediately. You will be signed out and routed back to the login screen.
If you can no longer access the app
Lost your device, uninstalled, or signed in on a phone you no longer have? Email us and we will delete the account on your behalf within five business days.
- Send the request from the email address you used to sign up for Plyko.
- Subject line: “Delete my Plyko account”.
- We confirm the deletion by email within two business days, and complete the wipe within five.
What we delete and when
Account deletion removes all personal data: profile, workouts and PRs, food logs and saved meals, body measurements and progress photos, friends and subscription. Anonymous crash logs (Sentry) and aggregated AI usage counters with no link back to your identity may persist for up to 30 days for service stability. Active subscriptions are also cancelled with Apple or Google at the same time so you are never charged after deletion.
